Who we are

What we collect

• Your application: first name, email, phone number, social media handles and your answers to the questions on this page.
• Your consents: that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and that you agreed to be messaged about your application, with the date and time.
• Usage data: pages viewed, how far you scrolled, how much of the video you watched, device and browser type, and the ad or link that brought you here.

How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about it by text message, iMessage, WhatsApp or email.
• To improve this page and measure which of our ads work.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and WhatsApp

If you agree to be messaged, we contact you about your application at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

This page uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. They tell Meta (Facebook, Instagram) when someone views this page or sends an application after clicking one of our ads, so we can measure and improve our ads. For an application we send your email, phone number, first name and country to Meta only in hashed form (SHA-256), together with technical data such as your IP address, browser and a click ID. Meta processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. You can control ad settings in your Facebook ad preferences.

Other services

• Umami (self-hosted analytics): counts visits and clicks without cookies.
• Vimeo plays the videos on this page, with tracking limited ("do not track" mode).
• Our hosting and lead systems store your application so our team can respond to it.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep your application as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and delete it when you ask us to. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop messaging you, by emailing contact@agency-eros.com or replying STOP.

Age

Applications are only for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
